Virtual Contact Center Agent
📞 Customer Support 🌎 Remote ⏱ Full or Part-time Hiring Now

You'll be the voice of our clients' businesses — handling inbound calls, chats, and emails on their behalf. We train you on each client's tone, products, and common scenarios. Your job is to make their customers feel genuinely taken care of.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering inbound calls, chats, and emails across multiple client accounts
  • Troubleshooting customer questions and escalating when needed
  • Logging every interaction accurately in the client's CRM
  • Flagging patterns that could help our clients improve

What we're looking for:

  • Clear, warm communicator — written and verbal
  • Comfortable juggling multiple client contexts
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
IT Support Specialist
💻 IT & Technical 🌎 Remote ⏱ Full-time Hiring Now

You'll be the person small business owners actually call when things break. Real responsibility — and the satisfaction of solving problems, not just forwarding tickets. You'll work across multiple client environments, so no two days look the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • First and second-line IT support for our SMB clients
  • Device management, software troubleshooting, and network support
  • Documenting issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Proactive monitoring — catching issues before they become outages

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in IT support or help desk (MSP experience is a big plus)
  • Comfortable with Windows and macOS environments
  • Can explain tech to non-tech people without condescension
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and RMM platforms
Client Success Manager
🤝 Account Management 🌎 Remote ⏱ Full-time

You'll own the relationship with a portfolio of clients — making sure they feel supported, informed, and genuinely getting value. This is not a "check-in call" role. You'll solve real problems and advocate for clients internally.

What you'll be doing:

  • Regular check-ins and quarterly reviews with your client portfolio
  • Identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing them naturally
  • Coordinating with our tech and contact center teams
  • Handling escalations calmly and with full accountability

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in account management or customer success
  • SMB client experience is ideal
  • Organized enough to manage 15–25 accounts without dropping anything
  • The kind of person clients actually enjoy talking to
